Jackie Lucas have been selling real estate in the GTA for the past 12 years.

Jackie's expertise has been re-sale homes, first time buyers, empty nesters as well as commercial real estate with her Colleague Craig Blair. Of late, they have partnered with agents in Myrtle Beach and Florida and liaise with them on behalf of their Canadian clients who are looking to capitalize on the real estate market down south.

Through Re/max’s strong referral network, Jackie has sold or assisted in sales in in Europe and the United States. Unlike many other agents, she is a members of the Hamilton, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, and Toronto Real Estate Boards. We had lived in the one house for almost forty four years so that we were completely out of date about how to go about selling a house, especially about how to prepare it most effectively for sale. We thought it was about time to drop you a line to convey our sincere thanks in acting as our agent in our recent home sale in Sheridan Homelands. We contacted you a couple of years ago to get a market evaluation on our house.

You were very helpful at the time in informing us of some of the things we needed to do to increase the value and curb appeal of the house. We made the decision to stay a while longer and we fully renovated the kitchen as well as a number of other small updates like new flooring. We were first introduced to Jackie Lucas when she was selling our friend’s house.
